Tournament Rules
1. Presence
All teams must report to the match secretariat no later than 30 minutes before the start of their 1st match of the tournament. The teams must be ready at their playing field no later than 5 minutes before the start of their match.
2. Age
Players entitled to play in the tournament are born on or after 01-01-2012. A list of players with names and date of birth must be submitted before the start of the tournament.
3. Playing time
The pool matches last 2 x 20 minutes, with 5 minutes rest. There is in no case any question of extra playing time due to injuries or alleged time stretches. The management of the matches is in the hands of KNVB referees. There is no toasting. The former team has a choice of goals, the other team kicks off.
4. Scoring
It is played in four groups of four teams. Half a competition is completed within all groups. At the end of this semi-competition, the numbers 1 and 2 from each group play by means of cross-finals for places 1 to 8 and the numbers 3 and 4 from each group by means of cross-finals for places 9 to 16.
Do several teams in the pool finish with a equal number of points, then:
- decides the mutual result, otherwise
- the goal difference, otherwise
- the team that scored the most goals scored has
If that is also inconclusive, then penalties (*)are taken alternately. In all matches where a winner has to come out, penalties (*) will be taken in the event of a tie to obtain a winner.
There will therefore be no extension, except for the final. This is extended by 2 x 5 minutes.

5 different players who participated in the game at the end of the match. If the decision has not been made after this series, the penalty shoot-out will be continued by players who have not yet taken a penalty kick and there will be shooting around and around.
5. Substitutes
Each team is allowed to change 5 players per match. By changing is not allowed. Changes are only possible during game interruptions and with the permission of the referee.
6. Clothing
Each participating association serves for spare clothing. The team mentioned first in the program must play in the reserve clothing on request.
7. Disciplinary penalties
A player who receives a yellow card is noted and reported to the tournament management. A second yellow card means a red card and exclusion for the rest of that match and the next match. A red card means exclusion for the rest of that match and at least for the next match. Depending on the seriousness of the violation, the referee can impose a heavier sanction in consultation with the tournament management.
8. Rules of the game
The KNVB rules for U13 apply during this tournament.
9. Spectators
The spectators take a seat around the fence of the field and do not enter the field.
10. Other provisions
Neither SO Soest nor the tournament management can be held liable for loss of or damage to property or persons.
The tournament management will immediately report violence/aggression against persons or property to the police and recover the damage from the perpetrator(s).
In cases not provided for in these Regulations decides the tournament management.
